Landmark Solutions introduces Digital Ink, an exciting new technology from our partners at Rover INK. Digital Ink converts handwritten notes into electronic images and/or text that can be shared across your enterprise.
Currently, the information on any handwritten forms such as patient registration or admission information is locked on the form and cannot be readily shared across your organization without manually copying, faxing, scanning and/or mailing. With Digital Ink, this information becomes electronic and can be sent anywhere at the touch of a button using our built-in workflow manager. Make your office more efficient by eliminating paper records and related scanning and mailing costs.
Digital Ink is also integrated with our Bayscribe platform. Handwritten information can be uploaded to the document managment system and run through our powerful NLP engine. Extracted structured data such as allergies or pain information can be automatically inserted into your EMR without your physician or staff entering the information manually.
